Established provider of supported accommodation
and residential children's homes

Who we are...
At KPMS, we offer residential and supported accommodation homes across England, providing safe, stable environments where young people can grow, develop, and work towards independence.
Since 2006, we’ve been dedicated to creating homes that are both nurturing and empowering. We are registered with and regulated by Ofsted, ensuring our commitment to high standards of care and support in line with regulatory requirements.
Our homes are designed to provide more than just a roof over a young person’s head—they offer a sense of belonging, emotional safety, and the space to develop identity, resilience, and aspirations. At the heart of our work is a trauma-informed, psychologically grounded model of care, delivered by teams who understand the importance of empathy, consistency, and meaningful relationships. We believe that with the right support, every young person can move forward with confidence, no matter the starting point.
Creating homes
not institutions
We believe that the homes we provide for children and young people should feel just like that—a home. Not a service, a placement, or a system. Just a home. A place where they are known, valued, and supported in a way that feels human, not clinical.
We intentionally choose not to advertise detailed service specifications on our website. This isn’t because we lack clarity about what we offer—it’s because we understand that children and young people in care are too often reduced to case files, plans, and packages. We don’t want our public-facing information to reinforce that experience.
Instead, our focus is on creating safe, warm, psychologically informed environments that respond to each young person as an individual. Sharing too much technical or contractual language online risks turning homes into services, and young people into subjects.

Seen, valued, and understood
We know that when children and young people enter care, they need a space where they feel seen, valued, and understood—not defined by the rules of a system. By focusing on warmth and flexibility rather than formal service details, we aim to ensure that every child experiences the support they need without feeling like they are part of an institution. Our approach is based on creating a psychologically informed, safe environment where children can grow, develop, and work towards independence in a way that feels true to who they are.
Every child we support has unique experiences, needs, and aspirations. Our model of care is based on meeting these needs through a personalised, trauma-informed approach that ensures each young person feels safe, respected, and empowered. Our focus is always on the person, not the process, so that every young person has the opportunity to thrive, free from the constraints of being viewed as a ‘service user.’
